Banned with the reason "please contact customer support"
tldr; ppl getting banned in ACT 3 of POE2 early access for seemingly no reason GGG please help.
Making another thread to bring awareness to what is going on to people. I and many others got banned somewhere in ACT 3. I was playing with a friend doing that chaos dungeon thing(newer to POE sorry). From what i have seen others were fighting a boss but everything was happening in ACT 3. I got banned on Sunday and sent in a ban appeal and a email to customer support. This morning gmail sent me an email basically saying the customer support inbox was full and they will try to send the email again later. I have not heard anything from the ban appeal. I have also not seen GGG respond to the forum posts or say anything regarding this. Many of us took off from work to play this game they've been waiting a while to play just to get randomly banned it really sucks. Please GGG if you read this any type of response would be helpful. Bump, as exactly the same happend to me .. :/ had to create a second account to post here as well + no response on emails. Main banned account is (HardPrimat#5269)

@GGG it is quite tough to see, that a post that someone was muted in chat was answered directly and forwarded to a senior staff member and many people here sitting at home being banned for no reason not even able to play, without any sort of short statement :(
