PoE 2 Crashes PC when streaming

As the title states, the game crashes my PC when I start streaming.

I'm using a 7900XTX GPU and a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU, with Windows 11 version 23H2, build no. 22631.4460

I use OBS to stream to twitch and youtube with the AMD H264 hardware encoder. It happens even if I stream to one of these platforms only. (I have not tested software encoding)

The game crashes in way way that looks like it switches off my PC, but the PC case's power LED remains on, so it is not a complete shutdown, and I have to force it off so that I can power it back up.
There is no blue screen or errors, everything just stops.

The crash does not happen if I use FSR upscaling set to 'Quality', but then you can notice the GFX fidelity difference, so I'd prefer to play without upscaling, since the GPU can handle the load without having to compromise on visual quality.

The crash happens at varying intervals. Sometimes it happens a few seconds after I start streaming, and other times it allows me to play a few minutes before finally crashing.

The crash happens regardless of what screen I am on, so it even happens on the login screen.

It is not a temperature issue because it happens when the GPU is cold as well.

I updated to the latest version of the AMD driver (24.12.1) and it still happened. (I was initially on 24.8.1)

I'm using DX12, and it happens even if I turn the GFX down.

I even underclocked the GPU, which brought the power consumption down to 350w (from 400w) and that made no difference.

Got the exactly same problem.
GTX 1080 ti, latest drivers
Happens when changing levels ( for the moment )

Need to reset the computer and start all the thing again.

running steam remote play at high quality...need to try at lower quality in steam remote play and try DX11 to see if it's better
