Same here, been waiting since 6th for an answer regarding a refund.

Yeah my first email was sent on the 5th because I haven't received my key even though it would appear that I've hit the $480 lifetime threshold. Even an email telling me to pound sand would be preferable because I don't have an issue with spending another $30. I would just prefer not to if I'm going to randomly get a key a week from now.

Yep, I've been trying to email them since Friday. A couple times each day with the same bounce back message everytime.

I have already waited 10 days, so everything is still in front of you.

I don't understand why GGG mods don't reply to threads like this. They are active on the forums and still advice people to send emails.
