Magma Barrier + Profusion Support doesn't work

Profusion Support gem says:
"Supports skills that can generate Charges, giving them a chance to generate an additional Charge when they do so"

Magma Barrier:
"When you raise your Shield it is infused with magma for a short time. Blocking during this time will spray magma at the attacker and grant you an Endurance Charge."

From my testing, this doesn't seem to work.
I only ever generate one endurance charge from triggering magma barrier.

Persistence Support doesn't affect the skill either.

Ignition doesnt seem to affect the ignite chance of the magma spray either.

Neither the recovery time or the infusion window seems to be affected by any support gems.
The Spray isnt affected by area modifiers or support gems either.

Hi, confirming that I am still experiencing this issue.

I am converting my endurance charges through to frenzy charges by using the Resonance keystone and I always only get a single charge of either type.

I made a bug with my character so it is easy to replicate, just block and you'll only ever got one charge
