Aftershocks - Split the Earth notable passive

I noticed the Split the Earth notable passive on the tree doesn't add to the aftershock chance for skills. For example; without the passive, my aftershock chance is 40%, and with the passive it should be 50% but it stays at 40%. I don't know if it's a visual bug or it's not working.

Noticed the same thing that the aftershock chance was not added. We also unspec'd from all other aftershock chance except for the node and tested for a while and with 40-50 attacks and the 10% never proc'd.

I think it is safe to assume it is not working.

Same here, i just got my ascendency, picked earthbreaker, but when i picked split the earth it didn't add any chance on the tooltip.

Can confirm that I tested and have seen the same results. The aftershock chance is simply not applied, neither in tooltip or in gameplay. The same goes for the small passive "Mace Aftershock Chance" behind the notable.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Equip a mace (My testing was done using both 1 two handed mace and 2 two handed maces via dual wield with Giant's Blood).
2) Spec Split the Earth + Mace Aftershock Chance nodes on tree.
3) Check Tooltips.
4) Use Slam or strike skills.

Expected result: Strike skills should show (in tooltip) and display (during gameplay) a 10% chance to create aftershocks. Slam skills should show (in tooltip) and display (during gameplay) a 18% chance to create aftershocks.

Actual Result: Neither strike skills nor slam skills show in tooltip a chance to create aftershocks, and during gameplay neither strike nor slam skills create aftershocks.

I've not only had the same experience with Split the Earth, but its been breaking my other sources of Aftershock as well. With the aftershocks support gem and Earthbreaker from the Titan ascendancy, rolling slam has a 45% aftershock chance both on paper and in practice.

If I then spec into Split the Earth, the number still says 45%, but rolling slam no longer triggers any aftershocks at all, even after many casts.

What's more, I found that removing Split the Earth leaves my actual aftershock chance at 0%, thought it still says 45% in the menu. I was able to fix this by leaving Split the Earth untaken, removing the gem and Earthbreaker, then reapplying the latter two.

Hope they fix it, I'd love to go all in on slams.
