Automatic weapon swap hard lock / bricked character?

I tried messing around with the automatic weapon swap in the G menu, setting some skills to slot 2, and none of my skills allow me to switch them back, the information screen on them is bugged. The information screen says information not available, and where the weapon swap buttons should be, I see 4 different roman numerals, with plus and minus signs before and after them. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this, I haven't changed ANYTHING, I was mid trial and found a staff to go into my empty weapon swap slot. I have tried relogging, removing ALL gems and items from my character, nothing works.
