Boneshatter indicator globe disabled after unlock of Crushing Impacts node
I encountered a bug with the Boneshatter skill.
I am playing a warrior, focusing on stun buildup and triggering heavy stuns with Boneshatter. I experienced an issue with the Crushing Impacts node from the Titan ascendency skill tree. After skilling into Crushing Impacts which makes all hits Crushing blows (triggers for heavy stuns), the visual indicator globe that appears once you can trigger the heavy stun with Boneshatter was gone completely. This was negatively affecting my build as it was now virtually impossible to know if the heavy stun with Boneshatter was triggered or not. Of note, specing out of the Crushing Impacts node from the Titan skill tree did resolve the issue, emphasizing that the Boneshatter indicator issue was correlated to the node. This is particularly dissapointing since the Crushing Impacts / Surprising Strength branch would synergize perfectly with the idea of the boneshatter stun buildup-build. Does anyone else experience this bug/issue? Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 9:31:43 AM

" It's not a bug. crushing impacts do exactly what boneshatter does instantly on any of your hits. so the moment a mob gets ready for stun they'll be stunned. Unless they say anything boneshatter is supposed to be played on stun builds other than this Titan ascension path |

I agree this seems like a bug. Crushing Blow reads "cause a heavy stun on targets primed for stun". So effectivly turning all hits into a boneshatterlike heavy stun. But the hit causing the stun buildup for primed is already causing the heavy stun.
The way l read and understand it you should hit them to prime them for stun then hit them again to cause the heavy stun. Then Boneshatter should work. Like it works now it does everything in one hit which is not what's it worded as imo. |
