Potential bug: Hexblast does not consume both curses

Using a double curse aura build. Noticed that hex blast doesn't seem to consume both curses on the targets, instead just grabbing the first one that is applied to the target and detonating that.

I bring this up as a potential bug, because Hexblast tool tip is plural, but also singular at the end. So it could be either a tooltip issue. Or I'm just doing something the devs didn't expect, and it doesn't work how it should.

Steps to Recreate: Hexblast mobs that have 2 curse Aura's applied via Blasphemy and have the passive, Whispers of Doom applied.

Says in the explanation video that it will but it does not function this way in game. Resulting in half of your expected damage out put lost.
