PoE 2 Random generated maps are frustrating - good old Style needed

What I Loved in PoE 1 was that the maps where Not identical everytime and this is also good to stay this way in PoE 2 ... BUT ... In PoE 1 in the Leveling Phase If you joined an area from the right side and needed to go to entrance XYZ you could watch at the map and saw it is located to the north, the Exit could actually bei found to the north.

In PoE 2 I have the Feeling that the map is Just 100% random generated and does Not Look at directions at all... Especially noticed in act 3 where chimaera was in the map to the legt but the generated map it was north

I hate it too, in PoE1 there was a logic behind map generation even though they were randomly generated, in PoE2 you just have to blindly run through the map till you get lucky. Its really a big step back, maybe they are gonna implement it later
Heh, in PoE you often had a visible PATH leading to the exit... you could stray from it to find stuff, but it was there for those in a hurry. Would make sense, especially in some "lived-in" zones.

Funny thing is, some zones make way more sense than others (say, sunken Vaal city felt perfectly fine to me), while others just scream "randomly generated" (mostly act 2 areas).

But yeah, bringing back sense of direction from PoE1 (and generally improving visibility of main objectives on map) would go a long way, especially with maps of such gargantuan size.
