Executioner Fight Act 1 Ogham Village

I killed him the first time in a public party, went back when I levelled more and killed him by myself but then there was no way to leave from the fight at the top of the gallows to go to the next area, which seemed weird and wrong

if i remember if you go to the rampare you cant go back too

I'm running into something similar. SSF mode, killed the Executioner, freed Leitis, went back to town, talked to leitis, tp'd back to the area, and cannot progress further to the manor ramparts due to an invisble wall on the stairs. The map makes it look like I still need to free Leitis even though she's in town. Very frustrating.
