Instance of Ritual in 'Steaming Springs' map not functioning

Two out of three rituals cannot be interacted with despite full clearing mobs as well as the entire map, found in Steaming Springs

Steaming Spring could not be completed for me. I dont think there was single rare in the map either. Somethings up with that area.
