Missing 30 Spirit from Act 2 Golden Tomb Drop

No spirit drop from Golden Tomb looks like a bug

I didn't get the 30 spirit from the Golden Tomb either. Many guides are saying the 30 spirit drops from this tomb so it should be happening?

I'm reading mixed reports of there being 30 spirit in this tomb. I revealed and cleared the whole zone when i went through. Did not receive 30 spirit from it. Maybe the next one after Act1 is from Act 3 - Bogwitch?

There are three points in Path of Exile 2, one in each Act, where you can gain 30 spirit:

Defeating King of the Mists in Freythorn (Act 1) — Gembloom Skull (+30)
Defeating Ignagduk, the Bog Witch in The Azak Bog (Act 3) — Gemrot Skull (+30)
Defeating Ignagduk, the Bog Witch in The Azak Bog (Act 6 — Cruel Difficulty) — Gemcrust Skull (+40)

Don´t know if this Information from Polygon is correct.

Is there any way to travel back to Act 1 i mustve missed to pick up the Spirit from the King of the Mists so i don´t have any Spirit at the Moment at lvl 27.

To all who might have missed the First 30 Spirit. You can go back to Act1 and do the map with the King of the Mists to obtain the first 30 Spirits. After killing the Boss he will drop an Item you can use in your inventory to recieve the 30 Spirits.
