full skill list for console players

my friend is playing on ps5 and doesn't seem to have a option to look at all the skills from skill gem list. he wants to do raging spirits but cant seem to find it as he says he can only see the witch element and weapon list nothing else

is there a way he can look for the skill gem he wants?

Its a level 4 gem to unlock.
So either he doesnt have a level 4 gem yet or he has to read/look better at his screen. :)
