POE2: Missing progress and all stuff

Hi,

I ran into this problem:
Passed the Sahem challenge, received the keys, opened chests, took out of them things and put them in my chest. After that, I spent 1000+ holy water on 1 silver key and one bronze key. With these keys opened more chests, after they fell out of these chests I was thrown out of the game with the message “Time expired”. After entering the game again I was disappointed to find that all the things that I got in the challenge and from the chest missing, things from the inventory are also missing, where there were relics, etc. obtained during the test and after defeating the boss. All progress is gone, as if I was rolled back 10-15 minutes ago. In the end, no awards or progress or keys nothing.... Help, please, is there any way to get it back?
