Profane Ritual + Sacrifice

I'm unaware if bumping is allowed, but bump for awareness. Would really like this fixed for some minion build diversity

Edit: To clarify, things to note/fix:
1. Can target/cast it on minions, but it doesn't deal damage to enemies near the minion.
Secondary edit: Perhaps it does do damage but I couldn't notice it as I read more bug reports saying it doesn't scale with spell damage.
2. Spell Echo can be applied to Gem, but it doesn't cause repeat.
3. Minion gets consumed at the start of the ritual instead of the end. I was really hoping I could have a walking Death's Oath minion (poe1 reference), and my interpretation of the gems suggests that it should not consume the minion at the start and then I would realistically assume it would follow it too.
4. Profane Ritual effect from quality does not show up.

Perhaps #3 is the true cause of the bug, since the minion/source of the ritual gets consumed, then that prevents it from doing damage since it doesn't have a source. But this would only resolve the issue from #1. 2 and 4 would be separate issues I think.
