Act 3 not available after going to cruel

If you go to Cruel (act 4/act 1), when you try to waypoint back to act 3 (for example to finish quest), it only shows the 4 locations you open after you entered the gateway (Utzal, Aggorat, etc).

If you try to go through that gateawaya portal again, it sends you back to cruel act 1, where you can't even create a portal to go to town, and you have to fight the mobs in that beach area again, including the boss.

There is currently no way to swap between the two maps of act 3, the one that shows all the locations you've been through and the one with only the last 4 locations. In my opinion there should be a toggle button similar to the cave one where we should be able to swap between all the locations we visited.
