Killed balbala about 5 times in cruel act 2. no changes in ascent to power mission

I cant do my third lab at all. Balbala doesnt drop key/invitation. any fixes please? its a game breaking bug.

Unless it was in notes (I didn't see it) Ascension through Trail of Sek for the 3rd set of points is through a 3 floor trail fragment. It says it on the fragment.

But as of right now my game crashes on the 2nd floor boss fight... I don't know if this is an issue everyone is experiencing.

As stated above, the trials of ascendancy are quite unclear. You must find a trial fragment from maps for your 3rd and 4th ascendancy.

You are not intended to get a Quest Item from the NPC in Cruel 2, if I am reading your posted issue correctly. Technically, the bug is that the Quest exists, if you already did the one in Normal 2.

As cp mentioned, you require a Token that is above level 60, says it has 3 Floors, and those drop RANDOMLY throughout the game - but you need a level 60+ zone for that.

That means you are hoping to get Token Drops from the last half of Act 3 Cruel, from Jiquani's Machinarium and the remainder of the Act. I dropped 5 3 Floor, level 60+ Tokens in Act 3 Cruel, all of which have the new Tag that says "you may get points from this" because I haven't done it yet.
