Account linking broken

We’ve been sending emails about those problems for over a month, but no one’s getting back to us.

There were some waves of issues, but it’s calmed down now. Still, it’s super frustrating not hearing anything back, especially when things are still not working the way they should.

Waiting for over a month without a response is leading me to the conclusion that there are tech problems and this might not be fixable, because I really doubt support can take that long (to even respond).

Anyone else dealing with this? Or know how to get better help?
Unfortunately, they’ve left us no other option. I don’t think anyone is reviewing support requests or trying to respond. It has completely turned into a money trap—there’s no other explanation.
Almost 2 Months now - obviously pointing out that this is seriously wrong is a problem ...
