[PoE2 GAME BREAKING] Lightning Conduit ability disconnecting everyone nearby and resetting instance

Hello,

Whenever I use the ability LIGHTNING CONDUIT it disconnects myself and EVERYONE around me from the server and resets the instance. I have tried using the ability in areas with other players and party, and they all report disconnects after single use by myself.

Here is a quick video of all equipped gems + passives. I went through the elimination process by removing all gems and re-equipping 1 by 1, and concluding the disconnects happen inconsistently despite having Zero support gems and weapon unequipped, having 1-2-3 support gems active, etc.

I had slight success with removing Spell Echo from my staff spell ability, and keeping all support skill gems in the Lightning Conduit - but I was able to reproduce the disconnects again shortly after with the same setup.

I am using renderer Vulkan, but was also able to reproduce the disconnects on DX12. This leads me to believe it is a game issue rather than user error.

After every disconnect, the gems and support gems are re-equipped and weapon also re-equipped, similar to a roll-back.

UPDATE: I am most consistently avoiding crashes by having main-weapon unequipped and all support gems un-equipped. Likely interaction bug caused by corrupted item data.
