please unlink my steam account, it's urgent.

i know you guys are having a hard time with poe 2 EA's launch, but i'd really like to set up the game for my son as i'm leaving tonight for work and he won't be able to play for christmas..
But his steam account is linked to this account and i bought the EA PACK from my other steam account, so he cannot play even though he's been waiting for years for POE 2.
i'd like it if you could help me, i'd understand if you can't tho.

also i've been sending emails for more than a week now many times a day on many accounts too, sadly it's probably overloaded :]
i don't really have any hope, but i'm just typing it here because, who knows, it might work.

Unfortunately, many of us are in the same boat for similar issues. Contacted multiple times the support for the last 4days, no response so far. 3/4 of the emails are bouncing back because their email system bug/is full.
All this for 1 simple click to unlink an account, a basic feature... really dumb and frustrating.
