Gemling Legionnaire -- Adaptive Capability and Gem Leveling Bug

The "Adaptive Capability" Ascension allows Gemling Legionnaire to take skills like Shockwave Totem, satisfying the strength requirement with Dex.
Cutting the gem and using it has no issue.

However, it is not possible to upgrade the gem.

Attempting to upgrade the gem will result in "support gem requirements not met". This remains true even with no support gem attached to the main skill.

Also worth noting that this bug also breaks support gems. With Adaptive Capability, you will be able to craft the support gem, but you will not be able to socket it.
