Endgame Quest The Pinnacle of Flame Bugged

The quest "The Pinnacle of Flame" is stuck on "Speak to Doryani". I've exhausted all dialog with him in hideout and in the endgame town. I also lost -10% all resistance after the map I got the quest from without a notification popup, don't know if that is normal.

EDIT: Nvm found the solution, you have to travel towards the burning monolith, which can be seen in the fog near the atlas starting point. The quest progresses when you get close.

After reaching The burning monolith, i have 3 quests: travel to Iron citadel | Chopper citadel | stone citadel

Where is this locations? there is no maps with this names.

Just keeping exploring outwards, you'll find them eventually. Click the info button in the top left corner of the atlas map to see what they look like.
