POE1 - Finish campaign - cant enter first map

As title says, killed kitava and got my map from Kirac.

Put it into the map device.

Unexpected game crash.

Tried now with several maps and still cant enter. Has been this way for 2 days. Seeing other posts of other people experiencing the same maps. I cannot do the work around some people have said, like entering someone elses map and killing the map boss for completion, to be able to continue, as im playing SSF.

Any help here GGG?

It's been an issue for at least 2 days now. No response from GGG. I've also got a post open.
