Map Device not working

So, someone in global chat was having this issue so I invited them to my hideout and let them complete a tier 1 map with me which updated the quest to 1/10 maps completed for them and they were able to use map device after that.

I'm encountering the same issue. After leaving my completed map, my character and remaining portals appeared at the south most area of the Ziggurat Refuge around a table. I'm now unable to interact with the map device.

edit: worked around by switching server. was able to run unlock a hideout and switch back to my original server

How do you unlock a hideout? Do you have to complete 10 maps?

Same issue here, map device is not doing anything.

I did the following and it worked for me:

If clicking the map device didnt work, I went to any campaign area and run to the closest checkpoint. Then, returning to the map device was working. After each map, device would break again and had to do it again. Did that 3 times in order to reach the closest hideout in my atlas, and in hideout no issues at all.

After the patch in PS5 i cant use the map device anymore, is disabled, i cant use X.

I changed from SSF to Standard league but i didnt know if this could affect?

please fix this i was progressing and having fun.
