Sacrificial Heart Stuck in Inventory

Bug Report Reference Number - 1,758,528,766.

I completed Act 3 Normal without turning in the Sacrificial Heart item. Attempting to return to the area where it can be turned in leads me to Act 1 Cruel.

Quest item stuck in inventory, and skill points have not been awarded.

Same here, I have not finished quest using Sacrificial Heart in act 3 and got to cruel, now I cant finish quest for +2 skill points for normal difficulity.

same here, cant go back in the past to normal Aggorat to use it

got through the portal inact3, you will spawn at the beach. kill the boss at the beach on act 1 cruel and check the waypoint. the act 3 should now show the "past" where you can access aggorat to sacrifice the heart

Here's what I wrote on another thread with the same bug:

I found a work around for this bug.. it's really wonky.

Go to Act 3 Present Ziggurat Encampment --> go down steps to Drowned City --> Take Drowned City WP back to Ziggurat Encampment.

This should PUT you in the past area, where you can re-use the WP to visit Past areas.

Yeah, this bug is super annoying with the lack of navigation from Past/Present, I thought I was going to have to take that heart to Act 3 Cruel to complete the quest on my 2nd character play through.
