More Bag space please

As a brand new Exile i have to commend you on the excellent game you have put out in early access. I played BG3 all throughout early access and PoE2 is a more polished product in the EA stage.


Having played mostly MMOs and other games i have taken quite well to the collecting and upgrading of items to advance my toon. But I am constantly thinking I wish there was a way to buy more bag space for when i am wandering around. The portal to base is very useable but constantly having to zone out and back in to sell/unload is tedious.

Please provide us a way to expand the backpack inventory.

+1 Especially because they made some items generally bigger in regards to taking up space.

IMO the issue is long load times. I wouldn't mind going to sell so much if it was lightning fast. I'm sure it will get optimized in due time, it's EA after all.

I think the bag is more awkward than anything now, due to the bag sizes of the normal drops I seem to get on regular.

Before you would find regular belts, rings, jewelry, and orbs to fill the other slots. I almost never find orbs, jewelry, or belts now; so the bag often has many unfilled spots that I can't simply fill with filler items. They are just kind of there being filled with nearly nothing most of the time.

Agreed, spears and such aren't even in the game yet but they are likely to be 8 slots also. so bag space will be even more problematic.
i'm still in early map progression and not juicing. I imagine it drops would be more frequent as the juicing goes up.
the bag sort needs to be able to slot items sideways if there is space.
right now I have picked up 4 chests pieces a bow and a crossbow.
there are 20 slots remaining but because items cant go sideways 6 is my limit.

They didn't add it for over a decade in PoE 1
Since it's almost guarenteed it would had made them a lot of money, I think it seems highly unlikely they would add it in PoE 2

there is only so much you can do if the files that have to be loaded are multiple times bigger because they have to look pretty
