Pathfinder's Enduring Elixirs doesn't allow using a life flask on full life

Hi,

Because of this all the nodes that are active "during flask effect" are useless. We're getting punished by avoiding the attacks not not getting hit! In PoE 1 we had utility flask but here we can rely only on life and mana flasks.

Please change it so we can activate life flask on full life.
