Trial of Sekhemas bugged

So im in Act 5 (Act 2 nightmare) killed Balbara, got the coin - died in the trial like a pleb, now I've lost the coin completely?

Killed Balbara again but coin doesn't drop anymore, and its telling me to keep go to Traitors pass and search?

The same thing has happened to me. I've killed balbara and talked to the NPC outside of the trial, no coin :(

Mine is more werid. Didn't complete trial of Chaos in Act3. Now Balbara doesn't give me quest item.

I found out that the coin is a random drop actually so you just have to keep playing to get another one.

If you don't have a coin, talk to balbara at the trial and ask for another.

I have this bug too but I didnt die during the trial, it just tells me to explore the traitor's pass, and I can't ascend for the third time.

I killed balbara, over and over but he doesn't drop the coin in cruel act 2 so I can't continue the quest

It just says
Ascent to Power
- Travel to Traitor's Pass

I'm guessing its because I still had the normal act 3 trial of chaos coin in my inventory maybe and never attempted it?

I am having the same issue I did all of it and even did a trial all the way barely survived and got nothing.
