Missing portal icon from skills' bar

Bug appears with the second character class created, playing in local coop with a friend that already starts the game One day before.
I cannot find the portal icon. Also in the menù.

The portal is a dedicated smaller button on the top left of the skill bar, with a swirly icon. It's not a skill you can put on the bar itself.
You can also make a keybind in the settings.

Unless that's exactly what is missing for you, or you're talking about something else entirely.

Created a new character yesterday and that specific character do not have the Portal Icon anywhere.

On previous characters (if I'm not wrong), the starting guide request you to open your Skill Bind and select a spot for the Town Portal, but it didn't happen with this specific character and it's missing the option to create the Town Portal.

Haven't find any information about this anywhere...
