POE2 and POE1 points No connection

I bought 300 points for the POE2,but the points didn't show up in my POE2 account(YeahBearQAQ#7641).The points only appears in my POE1 account(YearBear#1477).Could you transfer the 300 points?

I encountered something like this which resolved itself while in the POE2 shop. The points were also not showing in POE2, though I could see them in POE1. While clicking some things like the + next to where the balance should be, it propagated at some time. Not sure exactly what I clicked to make it propagate, but I did not need to buy anything.

Not sure why it would not show automatically, seems like a bug, but clicking on things while in the POE2 shop might help.

Contact support.
But it's because you're using separate accounts for some reason
