Can’t Type in Chat on PS5 is says you must verify your account

Hello There, I hope you having a good day.

I have been enjoying the game a lot lately but sadly facing a problem
That when I try to type in chat it says you need to verify your account
And I have not gotten any email for verification.

another thing is I can’t type in chat using L2 shortcut I have to go to social menu

I also can't chat or trade certain items. I keep getting the verify my account message. My PSN account is linked to my POE1 account, but won't link to POE2. Every time I go try to go to pathofexile2.com and try to link it, it just kicks me over to the poe1 website
