Softlocked, unable to access an area

I am in Act 2 of PoE2, and all I have to do is go to the Valley of the Titans. I was just there but didn't get the waypoint and traveled back to the base, then I logged out for a few hours.

Now it won't let me fast travel to the starting area for Valley of the Titans. And my portal expired so I can't go back that way either also the little diamond before the Valley is grayed out so I can't go there too. I think I am soft locked out and it is my last area to do for the main quest.

Did anyone else have this problem?

This has happened to me as well, is there any fix?

Update: was able to use the Desert Map to travel back to the Valley of the Titans

Figured it out
