Cannot connect to Instance.

All of the character in my account are getting a Cannot Connect to Instance message. All of them are in different areas. I can create a new character but as soon as I zone into town I disconnect and get the same Cannot Connect to Instance error. Changing

same here all day long cant play

+1 on Singapore server(if it matters)
Every map change fails like 60% of the time with 'Failed to connect to instance' error. No helpful message in client logs.

Edit: Switched to Hong Kong, and the issue isn't happening. Seems it is Singapore specific.
