Vitality is sockatable into demon form and according to the wording should work but it dosent.

" +1 i tried with canibalism as well. it takes into account that it has a spirit cost but the auras/buffs don't do anything. i socketed vitality and watched my character panel and my regen didn't go up, while it does if i test it on another spirit skill. |

Same, every spirit support i try to socket into demon form, dosent work.

I'm having very similar issues, when demon form switches me to unarmed i have just enough spirit to activate grim feast, by right clicking to toggle it in the skills menu. However if it's activated before demon form, demon form does not activate. Clearly they can be used at the same time but only if grim feast is disabled first.
But the even more confusing part is that even if I have as many skeletons as i can have with spirit being used, it simply despawns as many skeletons as it needs to be below the new spirit max. |

Replying to bump this. I assume all supports don't work but the ones I tested vitality and cannibalisms do not reserve any spirit or activate when in demon form. Additionally raging spirits reserves spirit properly but does not activate (no summons happen).

+1, confirming that Vitality and Cannibalism do not actually do anything while still impacting spirit cost.

Vitality is even recommended for Demon Form on the gem cutting screen. Also maybe I'm misremembering, but I could swear it worked before the 13th or 12th, but found nothing relating to permanent buffs on the patch notes. |
