Unlinking steam account

I was gifted PoE 2 early access from a friend but they sent it to the wrong account. I already have a steam account linked that i never use and need to unlink the old with the new. I tried unlinking via steam and on pathofexile.com however was unable to do so.

Same problem. GGG not answering at all. Send 3 mail to support, noting...

I bought PoE 2 access via this site recently, but forgot that my original account was even linked to a Steam account (much less, one I don't use anymore) since I just download client from this site.

So I bought PoE2 and activated the key via Steam on an Account I use now, before realizing that the old account IS linked to Steam. But now I can't log into PoE 2 with either account open. With my new Steam account, PoE 2 tells me I have no access. With my old Steam account, Steam tells me I have no auth.

Please help.

Same waiting for 3days, no respond from the support. just because they don't put an unlink button for under the Steam-linked account...

How does this guy get a staff response when I posted virtually the exact same thing an hour ago lmfao. I already emailed them detailing the issue though so hopefully this will be resolved by the time I wake up *fingers crossed*
