Stuck Act 3 Elevator Temple of Kopec

I defeated the boss at the top of the Temple of Kopec. I have talked to Alva and tried to ride the elevator above me. I got this error in chat.

Error: Failed to join instance because: Error: Failed to join any instances.
Error: Failed to join any instances.

I tried respawning at the nearest checkpoint but that did not fix the issue.

I will try to reclear the area again and see if it resolves.

Would love some help on knowing how to resolve this error and continue on.

Edit. I am silly. For anyone curious, I respawned at nearest checkpoint and portalled back to town. I think it was supposed to play a transition scene here and it broke. Back to the story!

I got a similiar error at killing the boss on Temple of Kopec (in party) and then ride the elevator. Seems I'm stuck in the elevator and can't ride it or go to town.

Fixed:

I kept cliking all around and eventually i could then click on my portal, how or why not understood. My party mate figured this fix out when we were no longer in party. "all i did was keep clicking around".

Eventually it let me zone without error.

I've noticed problems entering zone in other places, so this may just be a place where it compounds the issue the most
