Make Gemcutting UI available even when you not have a gem to cut

I wanted to look up a skill and had no gem to cut at this time.
This is a bad experience as there is no need to make this UI unavailable that makes sense to me. Give it a place in the menu. Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 6:17:44 PM

Agreed, Is frustrating to have to go get a uncut gem.
