General feedback
Permanent choices are painful. Servi's Vial draught choice should have the option for a redo or a clear indication that it is permanent. Runes should also have an option to be replaced or removed. As a new player, not knowing what kinds of runes are available makes me less likely to engage with the system during my first playthrough. On the other hand, making decisions early can lead to regret. Choices can still feel significant without being permanent.
Provide clearer map indicators for cleared content (an X over the icon would suffice). Add subtitles to the audio logs found on the map. Quite often, I miss parts of them due to combat sounds. It would be great to have a log or at least subtitles. Include an in-game wiki for lore, terminologies, logs, and a model viewer. It would be nice to have a way to read and listen to the texts found in the game. Add an indicator for incoming attacks from outside the screen space (at least for bosses). Drop rates shouldn't be overly dependent on the Item Find stat. It shouldn't feel like I'm not being rewarded unless I'm specifically built around it. In my opinion, the Item Find stat should be limited to small amounts, making it accessible for any build. Dedicated Item Find farmer builds shouldn’t be a thing. Having a lot of fun so far!
