Expectation [D312] Failed to create resource for texture

I have trying lowering my setting, resolution and frame rating to avoid this crash, but its been getting more and more consistent throughout the acts. I have a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600K with 32 gigs of RAM, and a Updated RTX 3070 GPU. I've tried to lowered my resolution to 1080, used triple buffer. Tried V-sync on and off. While have no other apps opened. Pc has no issued with other games playing at 4k with discord and twitch open.

Please fix.
