Fatal Error in Trial of the Sekhemas with video proof

Was trying to get my third ascendency passive, as I choose to gain three boons with the cost of getting the major affliction, Death Toll, it said take 8 physical damage after complete 850 rooms (in Chinese because I was on TW, HK, MAC server). I was curious about how it works actually so I just kept going. However, in the next room, as I dodge-rolled over the ground spikes an error message just popped up and crashed the game as shown in the video. Please tell me, if possible, should this problem be solved after reinstall the game or it would be patched in following updates.
