sacrificial heart loos

Hi, I lost the heart (normal), unfortunately I can't get it back anywhere, even the quest giver etc. doesn't give it. is there a chance to get it?

Unfortunately I'm missing 2 points, I was able to hand it in successfully in Crule.

just kill monsters in arrogat - it should drop

Even if it drops, you cant get back to aggorat once you have progressed to cruel.
