Fix Multiplayer Revive System

The revive system in co-op is too punishing, especially in bosses. Players are not allowed to revive at all when playing in a party and has to wait for a player to pick them back up. Having the ability to respawn taken away in multiplayer, and how the revive time takes forever, and a single tick of damage fully interrupts it is an active deterrent to playing this game in a party or with friends.

Players should always being allowed to respawn, and the revive timing should be cut down, and only be interrupted by stunning or crowd controlling effects to the player.

the revive is infinitely worse outside of bosses because you can't even press respawn at checkpoint even though nothing is going on. it's HORRIBLE. absolutely needs to change.
