The city of seven waters - Room bug

My character name is Darkwitch. After defeating Azarian, the Forsaken Son, I forgot to do the objective and skip the room but after realizing that i had to check it for quest. I goes into the Buried Sand again and literally check every corner of the room to find the boss room and the quest room over 30 minutes but can't find it anywhere. Worse part is that I can't even cancelled the quest to restart so I am literally stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: they're inside HALANI SHRINE inside buried shrine, it let me redo the boss fight
