Charms do not raise resistance on character sheet

The title says all

Having the same issue, although initially I wasn't.

it seems that the charm itself is not working or not displaying correctly at character screen at all, the charges seems to be reduced (used) but the information is not displayed where it should be:

And over resistance should show 25% until all charges is used, then the value should be 0 (all charges used) and over charms should show 0 charges like when you hover the mouse over the item.
