frost wall able to do damage to certain enemies

as the title says, frost wall is able to do damage when casted upon certain enemies.

for example the act3 apes takes damage (a lot btw) while humanoids and plants are simply blocked by the wall (which i think it's the normal behaviour).

i'm using spell cascade with it, i don't know if it matters
