Binding mouse wheel up/down to a key

The reason I want this, is not because I want anything bound to it. But so I can remove the auto-bound function of zoom in/out. It's very frustrating, nearly half the time I press the middle mouse button to use a skill, it zooms me in (which often causes problems in the heat of battle). |

Totaly this its kinda driving me crazy not able to do that :(
