Stuck before endgame

i left the endgame zone after completing my fist map but before i comepleted the quest Catalysm's Wake i am stuck in questline and cant join endgame anymore. Need help dont wanna rush campaing again

Same here.
Problem appeared when I went back to campaign after defeating the last boss. I cannot teleport to endgame area.
Map icons are bugged. I defeated the bog witch on cruel act 3 and it doesnt show as defeated - I have 100 spirit. It also seems that there are waypoints on top of each other
I searched every nook of traitors passage but I still have quest ascent to power on act 2 cruel - maybe I did miss something.
