Full PC freeze occasionally on loading screen

Sometimes the loading screen freezes and the full PC locks up from PoE2. This has happened to random folks I met in the discord as well as my small friend group. I have probably had it happen 6-10 times now.

The first time I had the issue happen was actually on loading to the character screen from the queue on day 1.

The second time was in game when I was zoning from one of the early zones to another.

The third time was from a zone to town (town portal).

And on from there, it has been either town portal or zoning.

This is not the same as party causing load screen to lock-up, but similar. The difference is that this locks up the whole PC.

This last lockup was 2:39pm (12/8/2024) EST.

try to disable virtualisation in BIOS, that may help
and well, tbh you need a cpu upgrade, sorry :)
