Monument of Zen map not able to complete

After enter into the Monument of Zen map and interact with the nameless seer the map is mark incomplete and other connected map cannot be chosen. In addition, open another map cause it to be considered failed and can longer be accessed.

Yeah, had a Moment of Zen, cannot complete, maps is bricked which mean you have to go around.
