Cannot enter Ziggurat Refuge, thus cannot start mapping after endboss act 6

If I want to use waypoint to enter Ziggurat Refugee, nothing happens.

Right now, I am basically stuck in Act 6 and cannot enter maps.

Anyone can help?

Yep same problem here. Cruel act 3 seem to be stuck in some weird phase where I have no waypoint in the present town and the past town of cruel act 3 has no portal back to the present. Also cannot use a waypoint to get back to endgame town. Even though I have completed two maps.

Similar issue here being stuck in the acts and not being able to progress to maps.

I have finished all six acts of the campaign. After the final act boss in cruel, I completed a quest called "Legacy of the Vaal" and it gave me a waystone as a reward. I then got a new quest called "cataclysm's wake" to complete 10 T1 maps. Clicked on the map device to open a map, but it didn't do anything, but figured it was a bug and logged off to get some food.

When I logged back in and tried putting a map in the map device in my hideout it says: " You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign". I have tried everything I can think of to get around this error, including redoing the A3 cruel boss and clearing all the side quests, but nothing seems to make it go away.

Same thing with my act 3 cruel, not portal to the present and the present version has no waypoint.

Hi did you find a solution

A temporary solution is to join other servers until the map device becomes unstuck.

It will get stuck again a little later so you gotta login/logout & switch servers until it works again.

It's actually not a bug just misplaced waypoint. You need to go back to Ace 3 Cruel and you'll notice that there are two The Ziggurat Refuge (Past) waypoints. Clicking on the bottom one will bring you to the endgame map area.

Act 3 waypoint at the very bottom middle.
